Pasta Classes

What is your Refund Policy for classes? Can I cancel my booking?

Due to the small-scale nature of our kitchen and the classes we teach, we have the following policy in place for refunds/cancellations, depending on notice period:

Less than one week before the class, or no-shows on the day: no refund or transfer is offered.

More than one week but less than eight weeks before the class, if we are able to resell your place, we offer a gift voucher for another class or a transfer to another date (subject to availability).. An administrative fee of £15 will be charged.

More than eight weeks, you have the option of transferring to another class (subject to availability). .

If you are unable to attend, friends or family can attend in your place, with 24 hours’ notice. You will need to give us the name and contact details of the person attending, and advise us of any dietary requirements.

We understand life can sometimes throw the unexpected our way, so just give us a call if concerned with our policy. We are a reasonable bunch!

I’m Booked Onto a Class. What Do I Need To Know?

All classes are held in our Barn in Cheshire (address given on booking) where we also produce our sauces and fresh pasta for restaurants. For this reason you will receive our hygiene and personal health form to complete and return the day before your class.

Although no production will be going ahead on the day of pasta making classes we still carry out good work practice.

We advise arriving with no jewelry, bobbles for long hair, flat shoes and tidy fingernails. Mobile phones will not be permitted into the kitchen area along with handbags however we do provide you with shoe covers and aprons.

A welcome email will be sent soon after booking your class showing the times, directions and itinerary for the day.

I’ve received a Gift Voucher For a Pasta making Class. How Do I Book In?

Have a look at the Pasta Classes page of the website: it lists all the forthcoming classes.

Our vouchers are valid for any date, so find one that suits then click through as if to buy a place and you will see the Redeem a Voucher option: enter the code that’s on your voucher and this will secure your place.

I will then email you to confirm everything, giving you all the information you need about the day.

We list new dates regularly for the classes, so do check back to find a date that suits. Our vouchers are valid for a year.

Please call Nonna Teresa on 01925 732744 if you have any questions

Do you offer private classes? I would like to thank my staff and this could be a fun team-building day.

Lucio is more than happy to arrange a private pasta making class either in the day or evening.

Groups no larger than 8 would be ideal and we can personalize the event to make it extra special.

This is also ideal for birthday guests, wedding celebrations or just a fun way to get the family together and do something different for all ages and levels.

Please email welcome@nonnnateresa.co.uk and we will take it from there.

Full payment will need to be completed at the time of booking your chosen date.

Where can I purchase your sauces?

We have a number of local stockists (please see stockist list).

However if they have sold out or they are not close to you then we can deliver direct within a 20 mile radius of our site in Cheshire.

At present our minimum order is a case of  6 sauces with free delivery with one of our own drivers.

We will keep you updated on any changes, but if you are outside this area then please call us direct to see if we can arrange a delivery with a suitable courier.

Charges will apply – we can assure you that our sauces are worth the effort!

I have heard we can buy your fresh ravioli locally?

Lucio loves to meet his customers so a few weekends each month our pop up Nonna Teresa stand will be supporting the local farmers markets such as Lark Lane in Liverpool, Treacle market in Macclesfield and the award winning Wirral market in New Ferry.

Call 07966 280 530 to find out where we are but be aware that by lunchtime our pasta is normally sold out.

Ciao! Lucio here…

I love pasta – it’s my favourite meal and at the back of my mind I dreamed of starting a pasta and sauce company. In 2009 I started creating in our kitchen and slowly neighbours and friends started to ask me for more. I took the plunge and left the wine industry.
