As from the 17th of May, we will resume pasta making classes! We are looking forward to welcoming you for a stress free day!

Open to all levels our classes run from 10.00am – 2.30pm each month. Refreshments throughout the day along with a well-deserved lunch are included.

Learn how to make fresh traditional pasta under the guidance of Lucio, here on our barn in Cheshire. We take only small groups so that we can all have a fun stress free day. Develop new skills enabling you to create your own pasta dishes for you and your friends to enjoy!

You will make three typical pasta’s including ravioli and a popular shape from Puglia – the home of Nonna Teresa. How to make simple Italian sauces will also be included so that the class can enjoy a deliciously authentic lunch later that day.

A celebratory glass of prosecco will be served to draw everything to a close, with a thank you gift being given to everyone who attends.
