Along with fresh pasta, Lucio wanted to create a small range of tomato based sauces that truly represented the south of Italy and most importantly, the aroma of his mamma’s kitchen.
These sauces are fresh and aromatic yet contain no added sugars, free from gluten and are perfect for vegans.
Here at Nonna Teresa, we don’t just mix them with pasta but use them in many recipes to make cooking the simple pleasure it should be.
