Lucio, the son of Teresa and one of 8 children from Puglia, moved to Cheshire over 25 years ago. His passion for Italy’s simple food is obvious in the quality and taste of the pasta he mostly produces by hand for the local markets, deli’s and restaurants. Added to that, the creation of a small but deliciously simple and natural range of sauces has also helped to organically grow the brand further afield.
A few dates each month, Lucio loves to share his kitchen, (with maybe one or two recipe secrets!!!), by teaching young and old, friends and family, the joy and skill of making fresh pasta with simple sauces. The fun and passion in each class reminds him of being in his mamma,s kitchen with all his Italian siblings and the wonderful aroma of lunch. Simply chaotic but simply special…
